Madison County, Montana is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering individuals or firms to provide services for an updated Capital Improvements Plan. The selected firm will be responsible for a comprehensive assessment of existing county infrastructure, including facilities, improvement districts, bridges, and roads. Key services include leading public outreach and engagement, assessing departmental needs, summarizing demographic information, identifying and prioritizing improvements, developing a funding strategy, and creating a capital improvements timeline and implementation plan. Proposals must detail the firm's legal name, address, contact information, proposed services, staff qualifications, prior experience in engineering analysis, GIS mapping, surveying, public outreach, and document drafting, availability, and any potential conflicts of interest.
