Service Building Exterior Painting Services

Keys Energy Services (KEYS) is soliciting bids for the exterior painting of its William Arnold Service Building, located at 1001 James Street, Key West, Florida. The scope of work includes pressure cleaning, preparation, and painting of exterior walls, stairways, and platforms. Specific Sherwin-Williams products are mandated for use, including Loxon Conditioner as a primer/sealer and Duration Exterior Latex or Emerald Rain Refresh for the topcoats. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, and equipment, including crack repair with elastomeric patches and sealant application for doors, windows, and entry points. Site preparation, including cleaning and potential repairs, must adhere to manufacturer specifications. The project requires contractors to have Sherwin-Williams local representative inspection for maximum warranty. Work can occur at any time, but work affecting entrances and parking lots must be done after business hours or on weekends. All permit and license fees are the responsibility of the contractor.
