Emergency Demolition Contractor Qualifications

The Atlantic County Improvement Authority (ACIA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from experienced demolition contractors. The selected contractors will form a pool from which respondents will be invited to submit proposals and bids for demolition projects. These projects will primarily involve residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional properties, with a focus on the City of Atlantic City, New Jersey. Respondents must demonstrate a minimum of five years of experience in demolishing various property types in both rural and urban settings, and possess the capacity to demolish multiple structures rapidly. All correspondence regarding clarifications must be submitted in writing via email. The ACIA reserves the right to reject any or all submissions.
