Occupational Therapy Services

The Educational Services Commission of New Jersey (ESCNJ) is soliciting proposals for Occupational Therapy Services through a competitive contracting process, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-4.1 et seq. All necessary proposal specifications and forms may be obtained by written request to Timothy Havlusch, School Business Administrator/Board Secretary, at the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey, Bright Beginnings Learning Center, 1660 Stelton Road, Floor 2, Piscataway, New Jersey 08854, or via email to pdeangelo@escnj.us. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the title "Occupational Therapy Services", proposal number "CC/RFP #26/27-01", and the name and address of the vendor. The deadline for submission is Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Proposals will be opened publicly at the same location: THE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES COMMISSION OF NEW JERSEY, Bright Beginnings Learning Center, 1660 Stelton Road, Floor 2, Piscataway, New Jersey 08854. Electronic submissions are not accepted. Vendors must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 Et Seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 Et Seq., and provide a Statement of Ownership, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, and a Contractor Questionnaire/Certification. Failure to submit all required forms may result in disqualification.
