Description

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking information regarding the procurement of approximately 460 Duramax Marine, LLC propulsion shaft bearing assemblies or associated components. These components are critical for the propulsion shaft drive line and overall vessel operations of the 154' WPC class vessels. The required items include specific part numbers and National Stock Numbers (NSNs) for forward and aft stave bearing assemblies, as well as associated parts kits. Duramax Marine, LLC is expected to manufacture these components according to their proprietary drawings and manufacturing processes. Onsite quality assurance inspection by U.S. Coast Guard personnel will be required prior to shipping to ensure contract compliance. The anticipated contract structure is a firm, fixed-price requirements contract with five (5) one-year ordering periods.
