Description

Allen Independent School District (ISD) is soliciting proposals for vending machine services. The scope of services includes providing and maintaining vending machines for snacks and beverages. Vendors are encouraged to read the entire RFP carefully and download all attachments before responding. The district reserves the right to request additional information from vendors and to postpone the deadline via addendum. The selected vendor will enter into a contract with Allen ISD, and no additional terms will be added except through addenda. The initial contract term is for three (3) years, beginning May 1, 2026, and ending April 30, 2029. There are two (2) optional one-year renewal terms, which, if exercised, would extend the contract through April 30, 2031. The district may also extend the agreement for up to 120 additional days at the end of the term if deemed necessary for continuity of services.
