HVAC Water Treatment Installation and Repair Services

Wake County Public School System (WCPSS) is soliciting proposals for HVAC Water Treatment Installation and Repair services for its various facilities throughout the district. The contract will cover installation and repair of HVAC water treatment systems, including chemical cleaning, replacement of components, and installation of glycol solutions. Contractors must be licensed, have qualified staff, and be available on a 24-hour, 7-day basis with a 2-hour response time for emergencies. Adherence to industry safety standards for chemical handling and disposal is required, with MSDS sheets to be provided. The contract is for a one-year period, with the option for an additional year.
