Annual Facility-Related Professional Services Qualifications

Maricopa County Special Healthcare District, operating as Valleywise Health, is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to establish a list of pre-qualified firms to provide facility-related professional services. These services will be required on an as-needed basis throughout the 2023/24 annual period. The scope of services may include, but is not limited to, architectural design, engineering, construction management, project management, and other related consulting services for various healthcare facilities. Firms will be selected from the pre-qualified list for specific projects as they arise.
