Parks Parking Lot Asphalt Resurfacing and Striping

The City of White House, Tennessee is soliciting bids for asphalt resurfacing services for the parking lots at the Soccer Complex back lot and the Andrew Jackson Greenway Trailhead. This project aims to improve the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of these parking areas. The scope of work includes surface preparation, applying a minimum of 3 inches of compacted hot mix asphalt (HMA) meeting Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) standards, and final finishing. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for applying pavement markings and striping in accordance with Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) standards, and installing any necessary signage or accessories. The contractor must also conduct a pre-construction meeting, provide daily progress reports, and ensure all work is performed safely and professionally. The project is expected to be completed within 90 days of the start date, with work beginning within 14 days of notice to proceed. A 5% bid bond is required, and a 100% performance bond will be required upon award.
