Memorial Avenue Irrigation Extension and Turf Rehabilitation

The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking a contractor for the Memorial Avenue Irrigation Extension and Turf Rehabilitation project. This project involves removing existing turf along Memorial Avenue, installing an in-ground irrigation system that extends the Arlington National Cemetery's (ANC) system, and laying new sod. The new irrigation system must be compatible with the existing Hunter Landscape Irrigation brand system used by ANC. The sod mix should match the ANC's current blend of Tall Fescue and Kentucky Bluegrass. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, equipment, traffic control, and materials. The work is expected to be completed within 90 days of the notice to proceed. Amendments have been issued to confirm site visit information, answer questions regarding scope of work, and provide additional details about the project's requirements and timelines.
