Liquid Hand Cleaner Concentrate - Raw Chemical Material

The New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision is seeking formulations for liquid hand cleaner concentrate. These formulations, when combined with water according to the bidder's specifications, must produce a finished liquid hand cleaner that meets Green Seal/Ecologo standards for industrial and institutional cleaners. The finished products will be manufactured at the Washington Correctional Facility's Soap Shop using existing equipment. The contract period is from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2029, with two one-year renewal options.
