This solicitation is for training, facilities, lodging, and meal services for the Army Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) event for Sonora High School cadets and cadre. The event is scheduled to take place from April 24-26, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary facilities, lodging for 100 cadets and 15 cadre, and meals. Specific meal requirements include a primary entree with a vegetarian substitute, side dishes, fruit, salad, bread, dessert, and at least two beverage options per meal. The contractor must also provide training activities such as rappelling, rock climbing, zip-lining, COPE, air rifle and archery marksmanship, and ecology hikes. All training areas and equipment must be serviceable and safe for use. The contractor's facility must be regionally accredited and have an established leadership program. Separate lodging, restroom, and shower facilities are required for male and female cadets, and separate accommodations for cadre.
