The chiller must meet specific mandatory technical requirements outlined in the "Building 350 Chiller Replacement Phase II" Specification Document dated January 12, 2026. Offers will be evaluated based on Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable criteria. Key requirements include full native compatibility with existing modular chiller units, ensuring seamless integration without requiring additional hardware or software. The manufacturer's authorized local representative must provide field start-up, controls integration, and operator training services. Commissioning assistance for all chiller modules, including a minimum of 48 hours of non-start-up support, is also required. The offeror must submit a completed ANL-70 and ANL-70B form, along with an offeror-provided specification document demonstrating compliance with all mandatory technical requirements.
