Audio Visual Equipment, Supplies, and Services

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is soliciting proposals for Audio Visual Equipment, Supplies, and Services to be provided on an "as needed" basis. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation intended for use by EPIC6 Members and future members, allowing them to procure goods and services as required. EPIC6 aims to contract with reliable vendors offering high-performance products and services related to audio visual needs. Offerings may include projectors, screens, cameras, displays, mixers, speakers, microphones, audio systems, video systems, accessories, and rental services. Awards will be made on a multi-vendor basis to ensure members have access to a variety of options. Proposals will be evaluated based on criteria including price, availability, and delivery, with a minimum score of 70 points required for consideration.
