Fraser Public Schools Operations and Bus Garage Construction

Fraser Public Schools is soliciting bid proposals for the construction of its 2023 Bond - BP 9: Operations & Bus Garage project. The work will be managed by Barton Malow Builders, with architectural and engineering services provided by Wakely Associates Architects. Key bid categories include General Trades and Roofing. Bidders must also submit a Bid Security of 5% of the base bid. The successful bidder will enter into a contract with Fraser Public Schools using the AIA Document A132 - 2019 Standard Form of Agreement.
