The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is seeking bids for a mobile modular shoot house kit. This kit will be used for tactical training, allowing for realistic scenarios to be simulated indoors or outdoors using simunition and other non-live fire training methods. The goal is to enhance law enforcement officers' and cadets' tactical, de-escalation, and communication skills. The specifications require a modular shoot house kit capable of creating 2,000 to 2,500 square feet of training area, with the ability to reconfigure into various dwelling types. Materials must be all-weather, and panels should weigh between 50 and 75 lbs. The kit must include at least four breaching doors designed for ram use and twelve functional doors. Additionally, at least four panels must feature windows with clear material that can withstand simunition rounds. All materials must be made in and shipped from the USA. The contractor will be required to provide on-site training and demonstration within 30 days of delivery. The CDCR also reserves the right to request physical samples of critical components prior to award. All goods must be new and include a minimum one-year warranty.
