Description
This project involves the removal and reconstruction of a bituminous parking lot, drive aisles, and sidewalks. The scope of work also includes the construction of a concrete dumpster pad, installation of removable bollards, and a wood fence dumpster enclosure. Additionally, the project requires railings, pavement markings, loam and hydroseeding, installation of new granite curb, removal and resetting of existing granite curb, signage, and catch basin reconstruction, along with other associated site items.
