Specifically, the four-stall garage will receive an upgrade to a minimum of 100 amps, involving new wiring through existing underground conduit and the installation of a 50-amp RV-capable receptacle on the exterior of the building. Any disturbed interior finishes will be repaired. The contractor is responsible for all equipment, tools, supplies, and materials, with electricity and restroom facilities available on-site.
