Street Rehabilitation Project

The City of San Dimas is soliciting bids for Construction Contract No. 2026-03, a street rehabilitation project. The scope of work includes asphalt pavement reconstruction and rehabilitation, pavement grinding, a rubberized hot mix asphalt (RHMA) overlay, conventional asphalt paving, Portland cement concrete improvements, ADA-compliant upgrades, and traffic striping. The engineer's estimated cost for this project is $950,000. Contract documents can be obtained electronically from the Public Works Department via email at publicworks@sandimasca.gov or by calling (909)394-6240. Physical copies are available for $10.00, or $20.00 if mailed, from the Public Works Department at City Hall. Bids must be submitted by Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM to the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 245 East Bonita Avenue, San Dimas, California 91773. Bids will be opened publicly at the same time and location. A Class "A" contractor's license or sufficient specialty licenses, along with DIR registration, is required to bid. The project is subject to prevailing wage rates determined by the Director of Industrial Relations.
