Barn Building Reconstruction Services

The City of Stamford is soliciting bids for the reconstruction of the Barn Building located at 200 Strawberry Hill Avenue. This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements, including a minimum of twenty-five percent (25%) of the state-funded portion of the contract being set aside for subcontractors certified by the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services. Bidders must demonstrate a good faith effort to meet these goals. A mandatory site visit is required, which can be scheduled for April 29 (PM only), April 30, or May 1. Due to current social distancing requirements, appointments must be made in 45-minute time slots by emailing dtramontozzi@stamfordct.gov. A bidder sign-in sheet will be kept and distributed in a future addendum. The City will also provide a narrative and video of the building's interior and exterior in a future addendum. The bid deposit is 5%.
