Mobile Lithotripsy Services for James H. Quillen VA Medical Center

This solicitation is for a 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide onsite mobile lithotripsy services and equipment for the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center. The services include the provision of various laser systems (Holmium, GreenLight XPS, Aura XP, CO2 Flex Fiber, and CO2 Free Beam), associated fibers, and certified medical laser safety officer assistants. The contractor will be responsible for delivering and setting up the equipment, and personnel must meet strict qualification and certification requirements, including being factory-trained and CLSO/CLSO-M-certified. Services are to be provided on an as-needed basis, with specific response times required for urgent or emergent situations. The contract also includes requirements for quality assurance, infection control, and adherence to VA security and behavior standards. The period of performance is from May 1, 2026, through April 30, 2031.
