Poland Regional High School Roof Replacement Project Consulting Services

Regional School Unit 16 is soliciting sealed Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from qualified roofing design and project management consulting firms for the Poland Regional High School Roof Replacement Project. The scope of work includes professional assessment, design, bidding support, and construction administration services for approximately 80,738 square feet of roof area, which is scheduled for replacement in 2027. Sealed RFPs must be delivered to John Hawley, Director of Operations, RSU 16, 3 Aggregate Road, Poland, ME 04274, by May 14, 2026, at 12:00 PM (Noon). Late submissions will not be accepted and will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline.
