On-Call Contractor/Service Provider for Small Construction Projects

Auraria Campus Facilities Management is soliciting proposals to pre-qualify contractors and service providers for its On-Call Small Construction Project Program. This program will engage selected firms to provide general contracting and maintenance services for various trades. Projects will range from $50,000 up to $500,000 for general contractors and restoration & repair services, and up to $250,000 for other trades. The intent is to select contractors capable of executing projects in occupied educational environments without disrupting ongoing programs. The selection process involves pre-qualification based on qualifications, followed by a documented quote process for specific projects. Contracts will be awarded based on the lowest responsive and responsible quote. The term of the resulting agreements will be for one fiscal year, commencing July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. Auraria Campus reserves the right to add or remove contractors from the pre-qualified list based on performance or participation.
