Wastewater Treatment Plant Clarifier Drive Unit Replacement

The Cities of Lake Ozark & Osage Beach Joint Sewer Board is soliciting sealed bids for the removal and replacement of an existing Eimco C30HT Drive unit on Clarifier #1 at Wastewater Treatment Plant #1. Bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on Monday, April 6, 2026, to the office of Alliance Water Resources, Inc. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. Bidders are required to submit bids on the provided forms, accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The successful bidder will also be required to furnish a performance bond, a payment bond, and a certificate of insurance for worker's compensation. Compliance with prevailing hourly rates of wages, as determined by Federal Wage Determination and/or the Industrial Commission of Missouri, Annual Wage Order #32, is mandatory. Bids are valid for 30 days after opening. The Joint Sewer Board reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, waive informalities, and award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
