Description
This project involves the replacement of the roofs on the Governor's Mansion and Governor's Hall. The contract duration is 30 calendar days. Prevailing wages must be paid on this project. Liquidated damages are set at $290.00 per day. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on August 27, 2019, at the project/construction site. Attendance at this meeting is required for all Prime Contractors (Bidders) to be eligible to submit a bid. Major subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend.
