Building Information Modeling Services for Drawbridges

Alameda County Public Works Agency (ACPWA) requires Building Information Modeling (BIM) services for three critical movable drawbridges: Park Street Bridge, Fruitvale Avenue Bridge, and High Street Bridge. The selected contractor will be responsible for creating detailed BIM models that incorporate existing as-built drawings, electrical schematics, plumbing, and control wiring to support ongoing operations, maintenance, and potential retrofits. The contract will be for an initial two-year period, with an option for renewal for an additional three years. ACPWA manages a variety of public works infrastructure, including six drawbridges over the Oakland-Alameda Estuary, which are vital transportation corridors. The BIM services will aid in the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of these essential facilities.
