Air Handling Unit #1 Cooling Coil Replacement

This solicitation is for the replacement of a failed chilled water coil in Air Handling Unit #1 at the Robert W. Holley Center for Agriculture and Health. The project involves removing the existing coil and installing an exact replacement while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing research and building occupants. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, insurance, permits, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary for the project. The building will remain operational during the repair work, and measures must be taken to maintain security and protect the building from leakage or dust. A third-party quality assurance contractor may be hired by the Government. The period of performance is twelve (12) weeks after receiving the Notice to Proceed. Submittals for materials must be provided in advance for Government approval. A site visit is highly recommended. All work shall be guaranteed for one (1) year from the date of final acceptance.
