Description
This project involves the replacement of existing transformers with new, energy-efficient models at the Florence McClure Women's Correctional Center. The contract duration is 61 calendar days, with liquidated damages set at $212.00 per day. Prevailing wages are not a requirement for this project. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 5, 2018, at 9:00 a.m. at the project site. Prime Contractors are required to attend to be eligible to bid. Major subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend. Plans, specifications, and addenda can be downloaded for a fee of $10.00.
