Construction of Fire Station No. 2 in Baytown, Texas

The City of Baytown is soliciting bids for the construction of a new fire station. This project involves all labor, supervision, materials, services, and equipment necessary to build a two-story, 15,000 square foot facility. The station will feature four apparatus bays, ten dorm rooms, two officer suites, an open-concept kitchen, dayroom, dining area, and an exercise room. It will also include decontamination restrooms, laundry facilities, and other ancillary spaces. The design incorporates bi-fold doors at the front, sectional overhead doors at the rear, a secure employee parking lot, and two return drives.
