Pooled Vendor List for Trucking and Equipment Services

Morrow County Public Works - Road Department is soliciting Statements of Qualifications to establish a qualified pool of contractors for trucking, hauling, and heavy equipment services. This pool will be utilized on an as-needed basis for road construction, maintenance, material hauling, and emergency response work throughout Morrow County. Services include dump truck hauling, excavator services, backhoe services, dozer services, and snow removal, among others. The County does not guarantee a minimum amount of work, and vendors will be selected based on various factors including capability, availability, and pricing. Contractors must have a minimum of two years of experience, provide qualified operators, and maintain equipment in safe operating condition. Required insurance includes $2,000,000 aggregate for Commercial General Liability and $1,000,000 for Auto Liability, with Morrow County listed as an additional insured. The pool will be active for two years with an optional renewal.
