FCI Lewisburg Harden Front Lobby Renovation

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) is seeking a firm-fixed-price construction contract for the "HARDEN FRONT LOBBY" project at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Lewisburg in Lewisburg, PA. The project involves the complete replacement of the existing aluminum storefront window assemblies and entry door in the institution's Main Lobby. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, labor, and materials. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The performance period is 191 calendar days from the issuance of the notice to proceed, with work expected to begin within 10 days of receiving the notice. This acquisition is a 100 percent small business set-aside.
