Sound and Lighting Services for July 3rd Event

The City of Villa Rica Parks, Recreation & Leisure Services Department is requesting quotes for sound and lighting services for their July 3rd event. The services will be provided at the Villa Rica Sports Complex (VPlex), located at 1605 Carrollton Villa Rica Highway, Villa Rica, GA 30180. The requirements include a 60kw generator, a 5-piece drum set, speaker and equipment requirements (including mid-hi speakers, subs, monitors, and consoles), wireless microphones, and lighting equipment (par 64 lights, spotlight tower). The bid also specifies requirements for labor, general liability insurance of $2 million, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in providing sound and lighting services. Bidders must be licensed and may need to complete a vendor information packet. Quotes must be received by 2:00 pm on Friday, April 8, 2022.
