Malt Beverage Marketing Sponsorship

The City of Spokane, through its Parks and Recreation Department, is seeking a Malt Beverage Partner for its venues and events. This partnership is anticipated to include providing products, participating in staff educational programs, assisting with venue sales initiatives, offering marketing and promotion guidance, on-site activation for selected brands, and providing an annual monetary contribution in exchange for marketing rights and benefits. The scope of services covers various Spokane Parks and Recreation venues and events, including the Numerica Skate Ribbon and SkyRide, U.S. Pavilion, Merkel Sports Complex, AEG produced summer concert series, Independence Day Concert, and New Year's Eve fireworks. Lancer Hospitality is the exclusive service provider for concessions, catering, and alcohol services at Riverfront Park facilities. The agreement will grant exclusive marketing and promotional opportunities to the selected partner in the malt beverage, seltzer, and hard cider product categories. The contract period is tentatively scheduled to begin around August 3, 2020, and end on December 31, 2022, with potential for renewals or extensions at the City's discretion.
