Tobique Phase 5 Subdivision Development Environmental Assessment

Indigenous Services Canada is seeking public comments on the environmental effects of the proposed Tobique Phase 5 Subdivision Development project. The project involves the development of approximately 2.9 hectares to create 16 residential building lots. Activities include clearing, grubbing, and grading of the development area, as well as the construction of new roadways, ditches, and stormwater culvert features to manage surface water runoff. Comments must be submitted in writing by April 4, 2026.
