Description

Adams County Human Services Department is seeking qualified contractors to provide a pool of services for children and families involved in the child welfare system. These services include Home Based Intervention, Sexual Abuse Treatment Services, and Child Mentoring and Family Support. The program aims to keep children and families together by providing strength-based resources and support to prevent out-of-home placement, facilitate returns to home, and unite children with their permanent families. Contractors will be selected from this pool based on client needs. Services will be fee-for-service, and providers are encouraged to be Medicaid-eligible. Applicants must demonstrate experience in child welfare, trauma-informed care, and collaboration with social case workers. All applicants must be registered on SAM.gov and provide required documentation, including a SAM certificate, certificate of insurance, W-9, and a fee schedule.
