Enterprise Server and Storage Infrastructure Upgrade

Androscoggin County is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide enterprise-grade server and storage hardware, software licensing, deployment services, and support. The objective of this RFP is to modernize and expand the organization's compute and storage infrastructure to support virtualization, high availability, performance, and long-term scalability. Vendors may propose equivalent or superior solutions that meet or exceed the minimum requirements outlined in this RFP. The scope of work includes supplying enterprise servers and storage systems, providing required operating system licenses, manufacturer-backed support and warranties, deployment and onboarding services, and delivering all required accessories, rails, cabling, and documentation. Specific requirements include three enterprise 2U rack-mount servers with dual-processor configurations, minimum 256 GB RDIMM, and 10/25GbE networking. The storage requirements include a primary SAN array scalable to at least 450 TB raw capacity with dual active-active controllers and 24x7 support with a 4-hour on-site response, as well as an expansion enclosure. Additionally, the county requires two managed 10/25GbE server/storage network switches and one 48-port 1GbE PoE access/edge switch, all with specified support requirements.
