]https://puc.nv.govThe Public Utilities Commission of Nevada (Commission) has received an application from Dodge Flat Energy Center, LLC for a Utility Environmental Protection Act (UEPA) permit. The application seeks approval to construct a 200 megawatt (MW) photovoltaic solar electric generating facility, a 345 kilovolt (kV) generation-tie line, a 345 kV substation, and an energy storage system of up to 200 MW. This facility will be located in Washoe County, Nevada. Interested parties can participate in the proceeding by filing notices of intervention, petitions for leave to intervene, notices of intent to be a party, making a limited appearance by filing a written statement of position, or filing comments on the Commission's website. The deadline for comments is Wednesday, May 6, 2026. The application is available for public viewing on the Commission's website and at their offices in Carson City and Las Vegas, Nevada. To receive further notices, a written request to be placed on the service list is required.
