Geisler New Warehouse Construction Services

The Walled Lake Consolidated School District is soliciting bids from prime contractors for the construction of the Geisler New Warehouse. The project scope includes mechanical work, electrical work, plumbing, site work, and architectural trades. Bid documents have been prepared by TMP Architecture and are available for viewing and ordering through PreconSuite. A set of documents is also available for review at the office of the Construction Manager, George W. Auch Company. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Geisler Educational Service Center. Bids are due by 12:00 PM EST on May 12, 2026, and can be submitted in person or electronically via PreconSuite. Proposals must be firm for sixty (60) days. Successful bidders for contracts of $50,000 or more will be required to provide a 100% Performance and Payment Bond. Bidders must also submit sworn and notarized statements regarding familial relationships, Iran Economic Sanctions Act compliance, criminal background checks, and prevailing wage registration.
