Environmental Laboratory Gases Contract

The State of Oklahoma, Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is soliciting bids for a contract to supply medical, environmental, and industrial gases. This contract may be designated for statewide use. The resulting contract will be an "Indefinite Quantity" contract, meaning the State does not guarantee any specific amount or quantity, and any quantities listed are estimates only. The contract term will be one year with one, one-year option to renew. Bids will be evaluated based on price, ability to supply products, and product acceptability.
