Residential and Commercial Property Management Services

The State of Virginia, through its George Mason University Auxiliary and Operations/Real Estate Department, is soliciting proposals for property management services. This Request for Proposal (RFP) offers two distinct scopes of work. Scope 1 focuses on Residential Property Management Services for properties located in Fairfax, Virginia (MasonVale complex) and Manassas, Virginia. Scope 2 focuses on Commercial Property Management Services for properties located in Arlington, Virginia. Offerors have the option to bid on one or both scopes, and should clearly indicate their selection on the first page of their proposal.
