Description

The Lakehurst School District Board of Education is soliciting proposals for a Solar Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) to provide electricity generated by a roof-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) system at Lakehurst Elementary School. Proposers may also include alternate offers. Proposals must include a Certificate of Consent of Surety and a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check for ten percent (10%) of the total contract cost, not exceeding $20,000.00, payable to the Lakehurst School District Board of Education. Compliance with New Jersey statutes regarding public contracts, affirmative action, equal employment, and public works contractor registration is required. A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for April 23rd, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Lakehurst School District Board of Education office, with an optional facility inspection to follow. Attendance at the conference is strongly encouraged.
