Section 125 Plan Administration and HRA Services

The Lee's Summit R-7 School District is soliciting proposals for providing plan administration services for its Section 125 and Health Reimbursement Arrangement plans. These services are for eligible employees, their dependents, retirees, their dependents, and former enrollees continuing coverage under COBRA. "Value added" services that assist the District in measuring the quality and cost of care provided to participants, plan analysis, and other administrative services are expected to be included in the pricing. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the District's e-bid portal. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any formalities or technicalities. Responders are responsible for reviewing the entire proposal, seeking clarification, and checking all responses for accuracy before submission.
