Petroleum Products for County Vehicles

The Washington County School Board is accepting sealed bids for petroleum products required for the operation of county-owned buses and vehicles. The contract period will be from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029. Bid forms and specifications can be obtained from the Washington County School Board Office located at 750 Sinclair Street, Chipley, Florida 32428, during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.). Sealed bids must be clearly marked "Bid on Petroleum Products Bid #26-17" and delivered to the Superintendent's Office no later than 10:00 a.m. on June 24, 2026. Bids will be opened at that time and presented for Board action at the regular meeting on July 13, 2026. The Washington County School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities.
