Dairy and Frozen Non-Meat Supply for DOC Training Academy

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Corrections is soliciting bids for the supply of dairy cheese and frozen non-meats to the DOC Training Academy. The contract period will cover July, August, and September 2026, with deliveries expected to commence on July 1, 2026, and conclude by September 30, 2026. Suppliers must meet specific product specifications outlined in the solicitation and adhere to the provided unit of measure. Quantities are estimates, and the Training Academy reserves the right to adjust them. Deliveries are required within 48 hours of order placement and must be unloaded at the Training Academy's receiving dock. Nutritional specification sheets must accompany bid responses. Invoices are to be submitted monthly to RA-OB69180@pa.gov or P.O. Box 69180, Harrisburg, PA 17106, and must include the Commonwealth Purchase Order Number and Contractor's SAP Vendor Number. Bids must be submitted electronically through the PA Supplier Portal. A kickoff meeting with the awarded supplier will be scheduled within 3 business days of the award. The price quoted will remain fixed for the initial term of the contract.
