Description
Southwest Independent School District is seeking qualified and licensed occupational therapy service providers to implement children's occupational therapy Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs), conduct evaluations and eligibility assessments per district and federal educational guidelines, and attend meetings with multi-disciplinary teams. All occupational therapy services must be provided in person. Providers will be responsible for consultations, evaluations, and the development of treatment plans.
