Pest Management Services for Housing Authority of Covington

The Housing Authority of Covington (HAC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive pest management services. The selected vendor will be responsible for ensuring professionalism, timely communication, and accountability in their services. The scope of work includes pest management for all HAC-owned developments located throughout Covington, Kentucky. These developments include Latonia Terrace, Golden Tower, Academy Flats, the Central Office, Maintenance Shop, Purchasing Department, Eastside Revitalization I (scattered sites), and New Site Properties (scattered sites).
