Liquor License Renewals and New Applications

This notice concerns the renewal of various liquor licenses, including Retail, Restaurant, Limited, Microbrewery, Resort, Bar & Grill, Manufacturer Satellite Distillery, Winery, and Special Malt Beverage Liquor Licenses. Applications have been filed with the Office of the Clerk of the City of Casper, Wyoming. Specifically, an application for a new bar and grill liquor license for 14 Gruner Brothers Brewing, d/b/a Sparks, located at 150 W 2nd Street, has been received. A protest hearing is scheduled for February 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. A public hearing on the applications will be held during the Casper City Council Meeting on May 19, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 200 North David Street, Casper, Wyoming.
