Mat Overlay Project on County Road 188 Street

Hamlin County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids for a mat overlay project. The project involves approximately 5 miles of overlay on County Road 188 Street, located between US 81 and 459th Ave. Bidders are required to submit a 10% bid bond or certified check with their bid. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond equal to the bid amount before commencing work. A copy of the bidder's liability insurance must accompany the bid. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly stating the service being bid upon. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any defects.
