2026 Vehicle Quotation

The University of Michigan is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for various vehicles. Questions regarding the request must be submitted through the Question-and-Answer Board by the specified close date. The University prefers immediate payment via virtual card enrollment (Net 0 days), otherwise payment will be made within forty-five (45) days. The solicitation also includes requirements for supplier information, relationship with the University, warranty options, and pricing details, including potential education/research, GSA, or state and local pricing discounts. All bids will be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
