Description

The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office space in Corpus Christi, Texas. The delineated area is North: Leopard St to N Port Ave to E Port Ave, East: N. Chaparral St to Resaca St to N Shoreline Blvd. to S Shoreline Blvd., South: Morgan Ave, and West: Airport Rd to Old Robstown Rd. The space must be between 6,516 and 7,167 ABOA SF and include 14 parking spaces. Additional requirements include that the agency must not be co-located on the same floor as any law enforcement agencies, must provide the appearance of a dignified and professional law office, and must have daytime cleaning performed. The space must be contiguous on one floor and will be occupied by a customer-facing agency. The LAN/Server room requires 24/7 cooling. The offered space must meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. A fully serviced lease is required.
